By using Bouquetgram you agree to these terms.

Use

Send cards to people who would want them. Do not use it to harass, threaten, impersonate or spam anyone, and do not send anything unlawful or sexual involving minors. We may hide or delete any card, and block abusers, without notice.

Your content

You own what you write and record. You give us permission to store and show it to the people you share the link with. Do not upload recordings of other people without their consent.

Music

Songs play in the official players of YouTube, Apple Music or Spotify. YouTube playback uses YouTube API Services, so by using it you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. We do not host or copy music, and those services' terms apply to it. Whether a song can be played depends on the rights holder and the service, and a song may stop working if it is removed.

Cards and extras

Cards stay up until you delete them, for as long as the service runs. We cannot promise the service will run forever. If we ever shut down, we will give notice so you can save your card.

Payments and refunds

Prices are in Indian rupees and are charged once per card, when you add an extra. All payments are processed by Razorpay only; we do not store your card or UPI details. All sales are final and extras are not refundable, as set out on the Refunds page. Free features are never charged.

No warranty

The service is provided as is. We are not liable for lost cards or for what recipients do with them, to the extent the law allows.
