Privacy
Draft, last updated 18 October 2026. Have a lawyer read it before you rely on it.
Bouquetgram has no accounts. This page says what we keep when you send a card.
What we store
- The card you create: flowers, names, message, and the song you picked.
- A voice note, if you record one. It is up to 30 seconds.
- How many times the card was opened and when. We do not record who opened it.
- A hashed version of your private page link, so only you can manage the card.
- Your IP address, briefly, to limit abuse. It is not tied to the card.
How long
Cards and their voice notes stay until you delete them. You can delete a card any time from its private page, and that erases the text and the voice note. Anyone with a card's link can see it, so share it only with the person it is for.
Payments
All payments are processed by Razorpay, and by no one else. We never see your card or UPI details; Razorpay's own privacy policy covers them. We keep the order number and which extras were bought, so we can switch them on for your card.
Songs
Songs play in the official players of YouTube, Apple Music or Spotify. YouTube playback uses YouTube API Services, and the Google Privacy Policy applies to it. We do not host, copy or download any music, and those services may set their own cookies when a player loads. To search for songs we ask YouTube and Apple Music for matching titles, and we keep the results briefly so repeat searches are fast.
Counting visits
We count visits, and a few steps such as "a card was made", in totals with no cookies and nothing that identifies you. We may also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free too.
Reports
Anyone who opens a card can report it. Cards that are reported several times are hidden. A person at Bouquetgram reads a card only if it has been reported or someone asks us to remove it, and each time is logged.
